Limeade needed top-quality engineers to quickly build out a new customer portal to level-up their customer interaction. But they didn’t want to indulge themselves in the long and risky process of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding developers.
In search of developers, Limeade found Optymize. Thomas Stapleton, Chief Operating Officer of Limeade said, “For us, Optymize is like a rescue team. They took control over every backend operation. These three developers, Stepan Melnyk, Vanessa Misterio, Jefferson Souza took on the critical role of front end development, back end development and DevOps with at least five overlapping hours each day allowing Limeade to focus on their business issues.
