Telefonica, hired Optymize team for the development of an Internet of Things dashboard and administration panel. The platform will track the movement and activity of items such as shopping carts, shoppers, personnel, and products within digitally walled environments such as buildings, shopping malls, concert halls, and retail stores.
The Optymize team used the Agile methodology to design and manage the project. To complete the project’s deliverables, the team divided it into three iterations: startup, development, and closure. Each of these iterations was separated into many Sprints, each of which was broken down into many smaller pieces.
Cloud-based product allows for easy-to-use interface and flexible applications. This MVP version is currently on the market for licensing and in-use by many major organizations. Real-time graphs, which were automatically rendered and scaled in a relationship with many parameters such as time, date, location, etc.
