Description
A global ed-tech startup aiming to make educational resources more accessible for everyone and democratize test prep and learning is in need of Angular developers for solving design challenges, building reusable components, and then continuing to improve those designs and components. The engineers responsibilities includes creating modules and components and coupling them together in the form of a mobile and desktop web app and providing a complete user interface. The candidate will get to work on end to end software design which will involve creating components and features that are directly accessed by an user through the front-end of a website along with documentation, and testing.
Job Responsibilities
Determining the structure and design of web pages.
Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
Developing features to enhance the user experience.
Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones and tablets (Ios + Android)
Building reusable code for future use.
Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Years experience with Angular + Angular Universal (MUST)
Years experience as Front End Developer
Understanding of key design principles.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, latest Angular and jQuery.
Understanding of server-side CSS.
Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Understanding of SEO principles and implementations.
Good problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills. (English – Professional level)
Good interpersonal skills.
